Gin Everywhere applies the Gin admin theme's polished content edit form layout to all content entities, not just nodes. This includes taxonomy terms, media, users, and custom entities, providing a consistent editing experience with a sidebar and sticky action bar without requiring any configuration.
Gin ships a polished content edit form layout — sidebar, meta info, sticky action bar — but only for node forms. Gin Everywhere extends that exact layout to every content entity: taxonomy terms, media, users, menu links, block content, and your custom entities. No configuration, just enable it.
Features
- Registers add/edit/revision/translation form routes of all content entity types with Gin's content form handling.
- Adds the entity meta sidebar (published status, last saved, author) to entities that support it.
- Moves status checkbox, authoring information and URL alias into the expected Gin form regions.
- Zero configuration
Requirements
Drupal 10, 11 or 12 with the Gin admin theme (^3 || ^4 || ^5).
Known issues
There are several issues in Gin to get similar behavior directly in Gin:
