“Generated by AI” adds a simple, visible label to content created by your contributors using artificial intelligence. This helps you prepare for the growing transparency requirements regarding AI, in France and elsewhere 🤖

This module provides a reusable block that is displayed only when the current node has been marked as generated by AI.

Disclosing AI-generated content will become an increasingly important—and potentially mandatory, transparency requirement in France 🇫🇷. This module is designed to save you time by making it easier to manage this disclosure directly within your content.

Post-Installation

1. Create a boolean field named field_generated_by_ai on the content types where AI disclosure is needed.
2. Place the Generated by AI Block in a block region through the Drupal Block Layout page.
3. Configure an optional custom message and an optional URL to your AI policy.
4. Make sure the block has access to the current node context, usually by placing it on node pages.
5. For each relevant node, enable the field_generated_by_ai field. The disclosure will then appear automatically.

The block will be rendered in FO, which you can customize by editing the CSS variables.

• A boolean node field with the machine name field_generated_by_ai.
