Adds Google Cloud Storage (Google Compute Engine) support to Drupal.

This module is in active development, and is absolutely, positively, NOT READY for ANY usage. That said, I'd love some help with StreamWrappers, and effectively overriding any filesystem stuff. Currently, we're overriding the FileSystem service, and I'm pretty sure we need to do the same for StreamWrapper, unfortunately.

We're also using the hook_block_alter() hook to rewrite URLs, and that's not going to work very well for JS/CSS/anything else added that's not an image/a tag/css url().
