Force Logout
This module allows site administrators to force all users to log out, preventing new logins while keeping the site accessible to anonymous visitors, which is helpful for maintenance tasks without enabling maintenance mode. It also provides options to bypass this action and manually log out individual users.
Force Logout module allows administrators to force logout all authenticated users and prevent new logins, while keeping the site accessible to anonymous visitors. This is useful during database migrations or maintenance tasks where you need users logged out but don't want to enable "maintenance mode".

Permissions:
administer force logout— Access settings and force logout users.bypass force logout— Stay logged in and login while force logout is active.
