This module is now deprecated and will no longer be actively maintained. For a MUCH improved version of this module we encourage you to try out Custom Field. It started as fork of this module but has far surpassed Flexfield in what it can do and is well maintained by some very apt individuals.
While there is no direct migration path from Flexfield to Custom Field, the Field Updater Service module might just do the trick depending on your configuration. Give it a try!
