File widget show uploaded time

Shows the latest uploaded date in the file field widget, in order to help content editors know if it may be time for an update.

Features

Site administrators can switch the file field widget to "File showing latest uploaded date" and then configure the widget with the format to use when when the current file uploaded datetime will be shown to people editing content.

Note that this is for the file field widget that is shown on media and other content edit forms, not the file field formatter used to display content to visitors.

Post-Installation

Go to the form display settings for any entity type (such as Media) with a filefield, and change the "File" dropdown to "File showing latest uploaded date" and then set the date/time format you wish to use to show the file creation datetime to people editing content.
