Field Help Text

This module allows you to easily bulk edit help text for fields across your Drupal site. You can edit help text for all fields on a specific content type or update a field's label and help text everywhere it is used. This is useful for maintaining consistency and efficiently managing fields on taxonomy terms, blocks, users, and other fieldable entities.

This module provides a UI for bulk editing field help text. It provides two editing approaches:

Edit the help text for all fields on a content entity

On content types with a number of fields, it's easy to overlook help text. This form makes it easy for developers to provide help text for every field on a content type, and to maintain a consistent tone and vocabulary across the text.

Edit a field's label and help text everywhere the field is used

When reusing fields across content types, edits to the label and help text often end up applied inconsistently. This form allows developers to change the label and help text across all content types at the same time. If there's one content type that requires different treatment, that field instance can be excluded by unchecking a box.

These forms are available not only for node types, but for all fieldable content entities -- taxonomy terms, blocks, users, comments, etc.
