Similarly to what Field CSS does, Field Font provides a field that a site builder can add to any entity type and adds the fonts to single pages that can be nodes, landing pages, etc.

Installation instructions

Install as any other module (See Installing modules instructions)
Add the field on those entity types, configure the widget and display as per your site flavor.
There's a 'Access font fields' permission that needs to be assigned to those roles that need to be able to access the fonts.
