Feeds Tamper Add Media by URL

Feed Tamper Add Media by URL allows the creation of media entities based on the URL of the files.

How to use it:

1. Create a Feed Type and map a Media Reference field to a source with the URL of the media
2. Add the Create Media from URL Tamper to the source
3. Choose the type of Media, and the File field from the Media
4. If the URL is accessible, it will check if the file already exists in the file system:
   • if it doesn't exist, creates the file entity and media.
   • if it does, associate the existing media to the content being imported.

For now is only compatible with browser accessible image.
