Feedback AI
The Feedback AI module is designed to perform sentiment analysis on user feedback submitted on a Drupal website. Using the AI-powered sentiment analysis, the Feedback AI tool further classifies user sentiments as Positive, Negative, or Neutral. This classification helps website administrators gain insights into the overall sentiment of user responses, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
The module uses OpenAI's “Chat Completions” API to conduct sentiment analysis. To use models like GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, and GPT-3.5 Turbo, you need to register on the OpenAI platform and generate an API secret key. This key is essential for interacting with OpenAI services, please log in to the OpenAI platform.
