2 sites Security covered Drupal 10–11
View on drupal.org

This module offers a simple way to grant exclusive access to individual content items by using a unique token. It's designed for smaller sites where content creators can choose to make specific pieces of content accessible only through a shared token for a limited time before making it publicly available. A permission also exists to view exclusive content without a token.

About

This module provide a light access control solution.

There is not a "global access control" or a "access security solution" but a "content-by-content" solution

Use Case

  1. The use case are a little site, without real dev team, without client access control.
  2. The site have a minimalist syndication like "manuel newsletter" and admin want share new content with newsletter subscriber first.
  3. On these contents, admin activate Exclusiv Access, and share content with token to subscribers.
  4. Several days after, Exclusiv Access are desactivated, and content are full access.

How use it

Just follow steps:

  1. Activate module
  2. Edit an fieldable entity bundle and add the "Exclusiv Access" field.
  3. When creating or editing content, open "Exclusiv access control" tab.
  4. Save content, and a message show you the tokenised URL.

Permission

A custom permission are present for seeing "Exclusiv" content without token.
