This module provides GDPR-compliant cookie compliance for Matomo analytics, allowing users to opt-in to tracking either generally or by specific cookie categories. It integrates with the EU Cookie Compliance module to control Matomo tracking based on visitor consent.

The behavior works with the following features:
- Opt-in. Don't track visitors unless they specifically give consent. (GDPR compliant)
- Opt-in with categories. Let visitors choose which cookie categories they want to opt-in for (GDPR compliant).
Enable or disable the Matomo tracking based on user choice.

To configure this module:
- Go to /admin/config/system/eu-cookie-compliance/matomo
- Choose categories used to track users with Matomo.
