This module allows you to add images to your content, with options to link them, display them as thumbnails, and use lightbox popups. You can also configure various design settings for how the image is displayed.
Extra Paragraph Types: Image module provides ability to add single image via Media field. It also has Image Link field to display image as a link. And it can be displayed as a thumbnail with lightbox popup.
You also can use Link Attributes widget for wrapper link, when attributes will be automatically applied:
