This module allows entity reference fields to be displayed as select lists, checkboxes, or radio buttons in forms, using a configured Views display.

Requirements
Latest release of Drupal 8.x.
Configuration
In manage fields, edit your entity reference field.
Select Views as the reference method.
Select the entity reference view to be used
In the manage form display select either
Entity Reference Views Select list or
Entity Reference Views Check boxes/radio buttons
Add/edit form will now display the field like the view
If you decide to switch back to the Default reference method
the display will show standard entity reference titles
