Emporiqa AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Emporiqa is an AI chatbot and live chat for Drupal Commerce. A shopper describes what they want, or uploads a photo, and it finds matching products in your catalog, compares them with your prices and stock, and adds one to the cart. After the order it answers from your site's pages and shows order status. It replies in the shopper's own language (65+ languages). Products and variations sync through the entity API with resolved, promotion-aware prices, any content type through its display modes, and stock from Commerce Stock or publish status. A signed-in customer sees their own prices (Commerce Pricelist role and customer prices, with their quantity tiers), is greeted by first name, and is not asked for a name or email when the chat passes them to your team.

• Ask for a product you don't sell and it says so instead of inventing one. Product facts come from your synced catalog and pages.
• Visual search: a shopper uploads a photo and gets the matching or closest item from your catalog.
• Voice mode, if you switch it on: the shopper speaks and hears the answer read aloud, product cards still on screen.
• In-chat cart (checkout stays on your store), plus chat-attributed revenue in the dashboard.
• Live chat you can step into, without staffing a desk: your team can open any live conversation and reply inside it, not only the ones where a shopper asked for a person. Unlimited members, no per-seat fee.
• Pages you write yourself: write a shipping rule in the Emporiqa dashboard and the chat answers from it like any synced page. A sync never overwrites them, so there is no knowledge base to build.
• Four tone presets and 300-character wording notes set how the chat writes, wording only. The chat says it is an AI in its opener, in every language.

Connecting is a credential paste: copy the Store ID and Connection Secret from your Emporiqa dashboard into the module settings, then sync. Pay-as-you-go: $0 a month plus $0.25 per conversation (+$0.15 per voice conversation), $25 of signup credit, no card at signup, prices excluding VAT. Vendor Rosel Group LTD, an EU company. GDPR-compliant, no training on your data, chat history deleted after 90 days. Emporiqa also works with WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Sylius and Shopware.
