duplicate_node
The Duplicate module adds a Duplicate tab to a node. When selected, the node is duplicated with all its field values.If Layout Builder is enabled, the layout configuration is also duplicated, including any custom blocks placed within the layout.Duplication behavior depends on the module’s configuration settings. You can also configure a title prefix that will automatically be applied to the duplicated node’s title.

Configuration
Enable Module
- Navigate to Administration >> Extend and enable the Duplicate Node Layout & Block module.
- A Duplicate tab will now be available on nodes.Select the Duplicate tab to create a new node with all fields populated from the original.
- Make any necessary edits and save the new node.
Duplicate Node Setting
Navigate to Administration >> Configuration >> Content authoring >> Duplicate Node Settings to configure:
- Title prefix: Text to prepend to the duplicated node’s title.
- Layout Builder duplication: Enable or disable duplication of Layout Builder configurations, including custom blocks.
- Other settings: Adjust duplication behavior based on your site’s needs.

Similar projects
This module was developed with reference to the Node Clone project (https://www.drupal.org/project/node_clone), which is now outdated. While Node Clone focuses on duplicating nodes, this module extends the functionality by enabling duplication of custom blocks placed inside the Layout Builder.
