This module integrates the Group module with DKAN, allowing datasets to be associated with specific publishers. Publishers are first created by an administrator, and then users are added as members to the corresponding groups. Non-admin users can then only select publishers for which they are members of the associated group.

Currently this is limited to publishers in a dataset (the properties name
needs to be publisher).
Publishers need to be added by an admin role first and then members need
to be assigned to the created group.
