Decorative Images
This module allows content editors to mark images as decorative, informing assistive technologies to ignore them. This helps improve accessibility by reducing noise for screen reader users. The option can be enabled per image field, and editors can choose whether alternative text is required for decorative images.
The Decorative Images module provides an option to mark images as decorative, displayed with a "presentation" role for assistive technologies. The option can be enabled or disabled per-field, allowing content editors to specify the role of an image where used. It provides a second option to make decorative or alternative text required.

Accessibility

Installation & Usage
- Install and enable the module.
- Navigate to Manage Form Display for a given entity image field.
- Enable "Decorative image" in the field widget.
- Edit an image and check Decorative to set the decorative role.
