Custom Entity Pager

The Custom Entity Pager module provides a custom Twig function that creates a pager for nodes. The main goal of this module is performance, not complexity. This modules has no GUI, it is meant for developers.

• Entity Pager: This module relies on views to render the pager and our module avoids the usage of views for improved performance.
• Flippy: This module is very similar to Custom Entity Pager but it uses a block to let page builders render the pager.
• Previous/Next API: This module also uses a block to render the pager and seems to be very feature complete because it also handles node inserts, updates, etc
