Cucumber User Roles

User roles for the Cucumber automated functional acceptance testing system. Each role has its own tasks, dashboard and permissions in the product testing workflow.

Roles

• Tester: runs tests to the agreed standards and reports results.
• Developer: writes code and maintains existing rules.
• Analyst: finds the cause of defects and keeps documentation up to date.
• Coordinator: plans and distributes test work and monitors progress.
• Designer: evaluates design ideas based on research findings.
• Product Owner: manages and prioritizes the product backlog.
