Contribution Records system used by the new www.drupal.org site.
The way to store contribution records and credits will change to this new system. It stores the same information as before, only separate from the actual issues (which might be on www.drupal.org or GitLab), for individuals and organizations.
This module relies on the new www.drupal.org site configuration and assumes that certain conten types, fields, views... already exist.
