Config Snapshot allows for the saving of configuration provided by modules and themes. This functionality is utilized by Configuration Synchronizer to facilitate updates to this configuration.
Config Snapshot enables snapshotting of extension-provided configuration. It's used by Configuration Synchronizer to support updating configuration provided by modules, themes, and the install profile.
