This is a fork of the amazing work 1xINTERNET did with https://www.drupal.org/project/config_patch_gitlab_api using https://github.com/KnpLabs/php-github-api to be able to create PR's in GitHub for config changes the same way config_patch_gitlab_api creates MR's in GitLab.
