A simple off-site payment gateway for Drupal Commerce. It creates a PayPal payment link for each order, and the buyer pays on PayPal's hosted page before returning to checkout.
For any other PayPal integration, use Commerce PayPal.

- Every payment confirmed with PayPal before it's recorded, so a forged return URL can't mark an order as paid
- Pending payments recorded without marking the order as paid
