Commerce MRW

1 sites Security covered Drupal 10–11 Commerce ecosystem
View on drupal.org

This module integrates Drupal Commerce with the MRW shipping carrier, allowing you to automatically transmit shipments, generate shipping labels, and track packages via the MRW SAGEC web service. It provides configurable shipping methods and supports both test and production environments.

Integrates Drupal Commerce with the MRW carrier (Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar) through the SAGEC SOAP web service.

Features

  • MRW shipping method with a configurable flat rate and SAGEC service code (Ecommerce, Urgente 19 Portugal and the rest of the SAGEC catalogue).
  • Transmit shipments to MRW (TransmEnvio) from the shipment admin page; the MRW shipment number is stored as the shipment tracking code.
  • Ship with MRW shipments whose shipping method is not MRW: eligible methods get a "Transmit as" selector, and the executing method is recorded on the shipment.
  • Return pickups: a TransmEnvio request can carry a DatosRecogida block, so the parcel is collected at the customer address and delivered back to the store.
  • Shipment tracking client for the MRW TrackingServices webservice: query the last status or the full status history by shipment number, client reference or volume. The module ships the client and an integration recipe; polling and workflow policies stay in site code.
  • Download the transport label PDF on demand (GetEtiquetaEnvio), from the shipment page or the shipments list. Labels are streamed from SAGEC and never stored locally, so MRW stays the single source of truth.
  • Cancel transmitted shipments (CancelarEnvio).
  • Public tracking URL on the shipment, with a configurable pattern.
  • Separate PRE (test) and PRO (production) environments with independent credentials and a test mode toggle.
  • Event to alter the TransmEnvio request (consignee NIF, phone, notifications, cash on delivery, insurance) before it is sent to SAGEC.

Requirements

  • Drupal 10.3+ or 11
  • Commerce Shipping 3.x
  • SAGEC credentials provided by your MRW franchise: franchise code, client code, optional department code, and a username and password for the PRE (test) and PRO (production) environments.

Getting started

  1. Enable the module.
  2. Create a shipping method at /admin/commerce/shipping-methods/add and pick the "MRW" plugin.
  3. Fill in the SAGEC credentials, pick the service code and set the rate.
  4. Keep "Test mode (PRE)" enabled until MRW validates your integration, then switch to production.

Roadmap

International shipments, ZPL labels, shipment modification, MRW delivery points (GetPointsDB) and weight-based rate tiers are planned for future releases.
