This module allows administrators and allowed roles to comment on specific parts of web pages that need changes. Users can select an area of the page, add a description and screenshot, and the comment is saved and an email is sent to the administrator.

This module allows administrators and allowed roles to comment on site Web pages that need changes. When CommentOn is activated using the button, the mouse goes into selection mode, and grabs part of the page that is put into a pop-up. The user can then describe the issue and even add a screenshot. The comment is put into a database (linked under Reports), and an email is sent to the site administrator.

The CommentOn button now docks to prevent it from obstructing other buttons. Hover over the push pin to expand it.
Post-Installation
Once the module is enabled using drush, a button to activate comments appears on the bottom-right of every page for allowed roles.
