Ckeditor 5 Youtube embed migrator

The purpose of this module is to easily convert youtube videos embedded in ckeditor 4 via oembed or modules like "ckeditor_youtube" to remote_video media embedded in Ckeditor 5.

Currently the module does not expose any interface, delegating all functionality to drush. There are two commands:
- drush cke5-embed-migrator:report
- drush cke5-embed-migrator:migrate

The recommended migration path is:

Enable ckeditor 5
Launch the report command, and save the results: drush cke5-embed-migrator:report
Launch migration command: drush cke5-embed-migrator:migrate
Relaunch the report command and check that there is no content left to migrate.

The videos are detected in both node and paragraph bodies.
