This theme provides a Mercury subtheme for the CivicHall site recipe. It ensures listing cards respect heading levels and that the pay row remains visible on mobile devices.
CivicHall is a theme for a small city or town website on Drupal CMS. It is for a clerk, comms staff, or a one-person IT shop that needs a city hall site without building the look from scratch.
It is meant to be used with the CivicHall site template. Maple Ridge is the sample city.
Install
For the city pages (How do I, departments, meetings, /home), install the site template. Composer also installs this theme:
composer require drupal/civic_hall:1.0.x-dev
Then pick CivicHall on the Drupal CMS site template screen. That is not the first-party installer catalog.
Theme only, on a site you already have:
composer require drupal/civic_hall_theme
Enable CivicHall at Appearance. Change the city name in Basic site settings.
This is a contrib theme. It is not in the Drupal CMS installer catalog.
