Centous Zoho

Centous Zoho connects Drupal Webform submissions to Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin so leads and contacts are created automatically instead of being typed into the CRM by hand.

Features

• OAuth 2.0 connection to Zoho CRM or Zoho Bigin (multi–data-center)
• Per-Webform Zoho CRM / Bigin handler with Form API field mapping
• Supported Zoho modules: CRM Leads, Contacts, Accounts; Bigin Contacts, Accounts
• Test connection against the Zoho organization API
• Optional request/response logging with retention, resend, soft-delete, and notes
• Error notification emails when a Zoho create fails

Use cases: contact forms, lead capture, demo requests, and any Webform that should create a Zoho record on submit.

Post-Installation

1. Open Configuration → Web services → Centous Zoho and connect with your Zoho API Console Client ID and Client Secret (register the Redirect URI shown on that page).
2. Optionally open Settings for logging and error emails.
3. On each Webform, add the Zoho CRM / Bigin handler under Emails / Handlers and map fields (required Zoho fields must be mapped).
4. Submit a test form and confirm the record in Zoho and under Centous Zoho → Logs.

• Drupal 10.3 or 11, PHP 8.1+
• Webform module (^6.2)
• Zoho API Console application: https://api-console.zoho.com/
• Outbound HTTPS to Zoho accounts and API hosts

Recommended modules/libraries

No additional modules are required beyond Webform. Optional: enable logging and review Centous Zoho → Logs while testing handlers.

HubSpot sends Webform submissions to HubSpot. Zoho CRM Integration exposes the Zoho CRM PHP SDK for custom code rather than a ready-made Webform handler. Centous Zoho focuses on Webform plus Zoho CRM / Bigin together: OAuth 2.0, Form API field mapping, test connection, and admin logs with resend and notes. It is the Drupal counterpart of the Centous WordPress Zoho plugin.
