This module automatically adds a version number to the end of file URLs. This ensures that when a file is updated, users will always get the newest version, as CDNs and browsers will recognize it as a new file.
Appends a cache buster to URLs generated by the public stream wrapper so that they will be cache busted by CDNs etc. when the contents of the file changes.
