This module provides a media type for embedding videos from the European Commission Audiovisual Portal. It allows editors to paste the video's URL and have it automatically embedded.
Creates an AV Portal video media type for videos published on the European
Commission Audiovisual Portal (https://audiovisual.ec.europa.eu), embedded via
oEmbed.

Editors must paste the canonical AV Portal video URL, the one the site puts in the browser address bar:
https://audiovisual.ec.europa.eu/en/media/video/I<ID>where <ID> is the video identifier.
