Akademi is an accessible, modern, and high-performance Drupal theme engineered specifically for academic, institutional, and content-rich websites.

It embraces modern Drupal front-end architecture using Single Directory Components (SDC), CSS cascade layers, and semantic design tokens without relying on external CSS/JS frameworks or remote CDN fonts.

• Accessibility First: Designed to target WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, featuring verified contrast ratios and visible focus states.
• Zero External Requests: Uses system typography and local inline SVG icons to ensure maximum performance and privacy compliance (GDPR/KVKK).
• Component-Driven: Built with Single Directory Components (SDC) for predictable and modular UI maintenance.

Note for Contributors: This theme was built and coded by a visually impaired developer. The visual layouts and UI outputs were verified using AI tools. Contributions and design/CSS support from the community are warmly welcome!
