AI Mautic

AI tools for Mautic: lets AI agents and assistants find and change the contacts, segments, campaigns, tags and points of a Mautic instance, through the connection that Advanced Mautic Integration already provides.

One operations service holds every Mautic call and every permission check. Function call plugins expose the twelve tools to the AI module, so any agent built with AI Agents or the AI chatbot can use them, with a ready-made "Mautic" agent installed when AI Agents is present. The AI Mautic MCP sub-module offers the same tools to any MCP client through MCP Server.

Reading and changing data are separate Drupal permissions, checked once inside the operations service for every consumer. Sending emails or SMS, and creating or editing segments, campaigns, forms or emails, are out of scope for this release.

Tools

• find_contacts, get_contact: search identified contacts and load one in full, with its segments, campaigns and activity.
• create_contact, update_contact: create a contact, refusing a duplicate email, and change its fields.
• list_segments, add_to_segment, remove_from_segment: segment membership.
• list_campaigns, add_to_campaign, remove_from_campaign: campaign membership.
• add_tags, adjust_points: tags and points.

Status: first release published as 1.0.0-beta1. A new project cannot opt into security advisory coverage for 10 days, so this release ships uncovered and a covered 1.0.0 follows once that period ends.
