Academic Marksheet

Introduction

Academic Marksheet is a Drupal module for managing students, faculty, subjects, and marks in schools and colleges. It generates marksheets with subject-wise and overall percentages, grades, and pass/fail results. Mark sheets can be viewed online or downloaded as PDF files.

Features

• Manage faculty members and the subjects they teach, with unique codes for each subject.
• Add students individually or import them in bulk using a CSV file. Organize students by course, semester, and academic year.
• Assign subjects to students and remove subject assignments when needed.
• Record student marks for each subject. Re-entering marks replaces the previously recorded marks for that subject.
• Generate marksheets with subject-wise marks, percentages, overall percentage, grades, and pass/fail results.
• Download marksheets as PDF files for printing and record-keeping.
• Configure institution details, maximum marks, passing percentage, grading criteria, and whether students must pass every subject to pass overall.
• Control access through separate permissions for administrators and teachers who assign marks.

Post-Installation

1. Navigate to People » Permissions and grant the appropriate permissions:
   • Administer marksheet for administrators who manage the module settings and data.
   • Assign marks to students for teachers who need to enter student marks.
2. Configure the institution name, address, maximum marks, passing percentage, and grading criteria at Administration » Marksheet » Settings.
3. Add faculty members and subjects, then register students.
4. Assign subjects to students and enter their marks using the available Marksheet administration pages.
5. Generate marksheets and download them as PDFs when required.

Requirements

• Drupal 10.3 or later, including Drupal 11.
• TCPDF, required for PDF generation. Install the library using Composer.
