menu_disallow_external_links

Allows site administrators to disallow external links in certain menus.

A checkbox "Disallow external links" will show up at /admin/structure/menu for users with the permission Administer menus and menu links.

If this checkbox is checked, then creating or editing menu items with external links in this menu will not be allowed.
